    Conflicting messages about PR Card

Hello everybody! I am so happy to have received my PR, however, I am a bit confused on whether or not I'm supposed to apply for a PR card or if one is being mailed. It says in the letter that we are supposed to get a PR card ourselves, however this link says that we don't have to and it will be...

    ***NOVEMBER 2019 INLAND SPOUSAL SPONSORSHIP***

Sorry I took so long! Just as PrincessButtercup said, I finally received an email with the COPR pdf letter 3 days after they approved my application. So it is just a little bit of a wait but not too bad. Already applied for my SIN number and going to get OHIP tomorrow! Hope there are a whole...

Only those who applied after the fee increase have to pay the additional $10.

I received COPR but it is only the document numbers. I never received an email and there is no link to a pdf. It just has the document information and everything on my application account says approved and the top says final decision is approved but no actual COPR document. ETA: I only seem to...

Does anybody know who can access the edit history in the spreadsheet? Somebody erased the background check and medical request/passed columns. It was helpful to see those dates in relation to everybody getting the AIP and SA right now.

Nothing here. It seems like November applications are at a total standstill.

Proof that you are your common law partner are in a conjugal relationship

Just to clarify, they are asking for proof of cohabitation, not conjugal. Those are two different things and there is actually an application class that is specifically for conjugal relationships. You really want to be careful with your wording.

27% is about right. Nobody from November is much above that. I don't know where you're getting the 55% complete for any November applicants but if a November applicant is that far along, they have something special going on. (Don't go by the percentages on the spreadsheet, they are off for some...

    ***NOVEMBER 2019 INLAND SPOUSAL SPONSORSHIP***

I am managing my expectations because the last couple of months seems to have slowed way down. Nobody in October seems to have gotten their medical request yet according to the spreadsheet and it's been over 100 days for those who submitted at the beginning of the month. Going by the months...

Waiting really is hard. I hear you. However, one thing to keep in mind is that they don't go in a clean neat order. It all depends on who gets assigned your file and how fast they are. Some people work faster than others. If you haven't had your application sent back by now then your AOR is most...

The spreadsheet is a really good place to get an idea of average time for everybody. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Gm315tmNKWoywb7PwZBiE67fUmznYQrNhYVWXPXXJBw/edit#gid=577041533 If you look at August, September and October tabs on the bottom, they give pretty accurate numbers of what...

To clarify, when they say proof of income statement, they don't mean pay stubs or just any type of proof of income, they mean an actual document that CRA supplies called the Option C: Proof of Income Statement. It's a very detailed document about a taxpayer's income and assets. Your sponsor can...

    ADDITIONAL DOCUMENT

I'm so sorry! I didn't realize this was an old post. I kept thinking you posted the thread today. Congratulations! Glad it all worked out for you! Also good to know that there is no limit to the number of additional documents. Cheers!

    ADDITIONAL DOCUMENT

Okay, that makes much more sense. Yes, detailed love story and more information about the wedding is good. Make sure it includes things about your relationship being public. Do you have pictures that shows your wedding guests? Did you provide letters from friends and family? If not, this is...

    ADDITIONAL DOCUMENT

What I'm asking is, what is the itemized list of the proof of relationship you sent them? Are you doing Outland or Inland? If you're married, I would assume you live together, do you and did you provide proof of this? If you are living together, you normally don't need to send chat transcripts...
