Congratulations. I also got the COPR in my acount today. Don't know what's the next step though.

I received COPR today in my account. My AOR is 25 May, 2019 Does anybody know what's the next step because i can't find a link to download it.

i am also waiting. My AOR is MAY 25. Eligibility in review, background check not started yet. Ordered GCMS notes, i don't have Review Required. Everything is fine in the notes. My file hasn't been touched since October. Everytime i raise a web form got a generic response.

Same here. I think they lost the files or they just don't like to process the application for may month.

I am also in the same boat. AOR : 25 May 2019 Medical passed : 10-July-2019 Eligibility recommended passed - (as per customer care) Security - not started

I came to know that my file has been transferred to Montreal office and they are processing it. It already been 8 months. I don't know how much I need to wait. I don't understand why the processing is so slow.
