Cool.I think they might have mentioned that extra part because you raised a webform after normal procesaing times. ie 6 months. I raised it when 7 days were still left.

Wasnt mentioned in reply to webform. Had called and the agent said ottawa main office. There is a lot of confusion on whether eligibility Passed is same as eligibility met(my case)
