I did research and people told me to inform IRCC that she is not here. I informed them, they reversed her virtual landing. And after that there is no response on next steps from them. its been almost 4 months now

Yes, her virtual landing is done. To apply for PR card, ideally, she shud be physically present in Canada(but she is not). If I inform ircc, would they cancel/undo her virtual landing?
