Did they passed medical examination? If yes then you apply for PCC, request letter from ircc not required .It will save your time .

Did you inform change of address of Canada via webform? In my case addressed changed in two working days .Ecase showing canada address.

You should inform IRCC using webform that daughter is doing study at different country.

They may extend but Medical Examination will be redone .They can leave country a day before expiry.

On Ecase it is alright.Did you open PA account on Mycic ? Definitely there will be status of medical passed .In my case same msg on Ecase but On GCKey account showing medical passed.
