unusual situation, parents came and changed the present address to Canadian address but they went back a week ago. Now wants to change the address back to the original one but when tried at the address change option, it does not allow it to change back to a different country but in Canada only...

it has no status limitations. you could request if you are the representative.

Maybe this will help to easy out lots of minds. Our application was received on June 3rd and stared processing on Nov 6 2019. DM1 was on Nov 20, 2020. As there was no moments in the file nor we have not received any correspondence even after DM1, applied for GCMS notes on Dec, 2020 and received...

Ecas updated on oct 30 as DM1 but no email nor any letter from CIC. do not know what is the DM1 or where is our file. what shall we do?

They do not change the address though it was send to them through ecas and webform. nothing happened, have informed them a month back.
