What options do you select to talk to them? When ever I call, they say that my application is not a priority. They just speak out the status which is available online and disconnect. I'm unable to talk to any rep.

Thanks for the revert. UCI can be 0000-000 something, but visa office is mandatory. It first asks for the visa office and then proceeds to next part of web form.

Hi there, I have the same query. 2 pcc's to be uploaded. I have just submitted ITA on 5th July. My application is not picked by ircc yet, so no visa office assigned and no UCI. So how shall I proceed? Thanks in advance.

You need to login to CES account and submit a “CES Missing Documents” application form.

Thanks @tapioca @Fantastica . I have received electronic copy of my ECA report. It has been credited as " One year Post Bachelor diploma from recognized University". Hope these can now be used for 2 or more degrees? My earlier graduation was awarded as "Canadian equivalency 4 years".

Also guys.... "CES has stopped issuing and sending unofficial copies". Only printed copies will be mailed to addresses mentioned in application.

Thanks @Fantastica No. "Decision Dispatched" is still incomplete. When you received the email, what was the sender's email address? Also I have written them a query regarding the tracking number. Lets hope for a quick revert.

@Fantastica - I have same situation. I got my bachelor's evaluated last year from WES and this year awaiting 1 year program ECA from CES. First 5 steps till "Assessment Decision Made" are complete. But I haven't received any email with my ECA report. What's the sender's email id? Also, 1 email...
