Once you login to the Jntu portal , Once you login to Jntu portal , go to tab "Track Application" and you can find your application number and it's status.

The transcripts package that JNTU provides contains transcripts along with an envelope with a stamp of the signature on the flap. so it should meet the requirements of WES.
