Has any applicant with AOR dated 18feb or later received CoPR? Or any update on their online application?

I am on PG work permit, until july31, 2020. Working and living in QC, will be applying for PR in nov 2019. Never applied for CSQ or PEQ. My NOC code will be 0211. my CRS score is 475.

No, I wasn't at detention center already, I was taken there and then released after 10hrs. I can say that my file is deleted from police record as per what they said back then. I am not sure on this, that I was charged and then charges were dropped. But there was no complaint or statement...
