Applied for parent's visitor visa from abidhabi on nov 25,2022. Valid US visa but no updates. Any idea if they are considering CAN+?

That's ok! and yes, it's upto ircc to decide on faster processing even if file is eligible for CAN+. Let's wait for the updates and share it once we get it. :)

is it CAN+? you mean to say you are work permit holder and did you apply TRY from India?

Thanks for the update. I just applied on Nov 26. Trying to figure out if file gets processed under CAN+ what will be processing time. I will keep this group updated.

Sorry, for the confusion, what meant is if accepted it will upadated in 2 days but if it is of poor quality ircc might take some time to decide if to give repeat request or to accept the biometric as is. In any case they communicate. You will receive email too. The only option is to wait...

My spouse faced same problem.date and number will always get updated but after 1 or 2 days status will be updated if biometric is accepted or not. Depending on decision they might send repeat request. In our case, Though biometric given 2nd time was not of good quality again, it was accpeted...
