I checked the website on the 24th August and the restrictions allowed COPR after march 18th (you can see the travel restrictions page on internet archive). It was modified roughly two weeks later to the current restriction. Hopefully I'll get my flight refunded but the Airbnb won't refund me.

All it states is that I'm eligible for Express entry I never get the option for a Open bridging visa.

I've applied for Express Entry Canadian Experience Class but I'm having trouble applying for the Bridging open work permit, when I select apply online it asks me to login, i login but the application doesn't get added to my account. Is this a common issue? Do you have to apply via mail? Thanks...

I've applied for Express entry under the Canadian experience class today 10/9/2019. I'm currently on a IEC visa which expires shortly, I need to apply for the open bridging visa but every time I use the online portal it doesn't work. Has anyone else had this issue or do you have to apply via mail?
