In my case, I had to redo statutory declaration because IRCC wanted it for each children. Once uploaded on gckey website, in less than a week, I got a new letter in gckey saying children are removed from pr application and no longer sponsored. Then few days later, I received medical passed.

Hi, I am trying to submit LOE for non-accompaying children but where to? Under "view submitted application or upload documents," it just says "there are no required documents for this online application." Do I use Web form to upload Statutory declaration?
