Anyone know how to get an update? I applied July 8th and still nothing. I am trying to get an update via their portal, but they fail to provide anything. Any other ideas (that have worked)?

I applied on July 8th... Still no updates. I am trying to get a hold of someone through the online form, but I am still waiting to hear back. It seems like everything is backlogged since I am noticing a few people from June are getting approved. Hopefully ours get approved soon...
