I’m having trouble with tracking my application. I received an acknowledgment email from BLS on jan 18th but Bls website is showing my old application details which I did in 2021. Is this common?

Online Application AOR Sept 18 I opted for ecertificate Test Date Oct 30 LPP and test completed Nov 3 No update since then

Test complete and LPP updated on Nov 3rd and no updates since then, anyone having same timeline? How long it takes to get oath ceremony update any idea?

Does bad camera affects the test? I gave my test on my laptop but the camera quality and lighting was not that good. I’m a bit worried about it. Anyone had such experience?
