I may be wrong but I heard it’s 1 year from the date u did your medical .. For example if u did your medical 1 december 2020 and u got your visa 1 april 2021 .. your visa will be valid till 1 december 2021

I think He/She means that they waited 2.5 months after they submitted there CSQ to receive their medical request ! But they did receive their medical request 3 November
