Did you receive your grad degree and marks card from VTU? If yes, then it should be VTU who will be sending your transcripts.

I have recently followed the procedure to send documents from VTU directly to WES. WES has received the documents but mentioned that "the documents are not accepted as they are not sent directly from the university". Any leads regarding this? I am stuck and not sure what to do next.
