Thanks dear, But problem is that HEC refused to put any other document inside except, the documents they signed and they sealed it. My question is,is this a strict requirement from WES?

Dear Friends, Apologies in advance if it has already been discussed. Do we need academic transcript request form for HEC attestation? HEC is not signing this form and refusing to put this form in sealed envelope. Please guide. What should I do? Thanks
