Even I have similar issue in application status. Got GU for three of us (Me+Spouse+Kid) on 14th June. Application approved for spouse and kid on 15th June. My status is still showing submitted.

I got ghost update yesterday for all (me + spouse +kid). Status is approved for my spouse and kid today, but mine is still submitted.

I see the PR card application received date is landing date. That means, PR card processing officially starts on the landing date only and not after they receive the COPR document.
