Looks like they are now accepting biometrics for 'Work permit' category. Earlier it was just Study permit and Family sponsorship. Don't think they have added PR applicants yet. Hopefully that's next but not sure when.

As per earlier posts I believe nominations have been issued to profiles submitted on Aug 24th as well. Not quite sure but I have observed nominations being issued .2nd half of the week.
