I m outland. I got MR when %age was around 27. What i observed till now that processing time n speed is different from case to case. We cant compare it with anyone's. Just can be hopeful after knowing others progress :)

Medical done 12 March 2020 Medical passed 3 Apr 2020 Current percentage of completion is 38% I think still long way to wait :)

If your baby born after you applied for PR then just inform to CIC via Webform with baby birth certificate. Cic will guide you then what additional documents they need. There will be no effect on your sinp nomination. It will remain same.
