Yes I agree. I don’t believe they will allow you back into Canada under those circumstances because they will suspect your intention is to remain in Canada permanently. Do you know how long is best for parents to stay in their home country before coming back over to visit?

Thanks for clarifying :) Do you know how long you need to be in permanent employment which meets LICO before your parents can apply for a super visa? For sponsorship it clearly states 3 NOAs but it is not stated clearly in relation to the super visa application.

Have a look at the link below.....ircc has updated the manual on super visas which now allows a 2 year stay at each re-entry. I’m not sure if that re-entry must be after a return to their home country or not...
