Thank you very much. But according the CIC website, it is said that embassy in the country of your citizenship or where you have been for above one year are all fine. PNP process time of Buffalo is 11 months according to CIC, which is same to singapore.

It seems the processing time in Buffalo is getting longer and longer. Why most people prefer this location? Is there any people submit their immigration application files to other embassy of canada which can process faster? Thank you. :)
