So for what estimated length will they offer the sp for? Because when your sp is expiring just after you graduate and you apply to extend it, ircc mostly only extends for 3 months after your done with your program. Thanks

To my knowledge, implied status doesn’t work for this situation.

You don’t need to have SP at the time of the application but you must have STATUS in Canada to apply for pgwp. Go to the cic website to get more info.

To my knowledge, you can’t restore as a student and apply for pgwp at the same time.

When did your study permit expiry? On 31 july? So when you applied, you applied under restoration as a worker or restoration as a student?

The officer mentioned I wasn’t full-time throughout my program yet i was. Yes, i just hope that as well and look forward to a positive feedback from ircc.

I reapplied for pgwp again. Ircc is still working on the second application and they also reopened the first one. I didn’t send any webform asking for reconsideration recently. Btw is reconsideration the same as reopening the case?

I already applied again but still waiting for both applications: restoration as a visitor and pgwp. Some time is still left for the processing times to be complete. I just hope that the reopening of my case is a positive thing because why else would they reopen it when they already refused it...

No i did two separate applications. The restoration was online. Pgwp was on paper.
