Please ooo..... I submitted my passport on 2nd of this month..... Getting there now they said the passport is not ready..... Two weeks gone

Hlo Omafar I applied for my student permit on may 30.. Got medical request June 28 Medical passed July 28.... Till now they have only sent correspondence letter stating my biometrics valid for ten years.... And also am to resume Jan 2020.... Any advice??????
