thank you. I do have a tax returns, but because of cash payments, there are no consistent entries in the banks, is it okay if I provide refrence letter and cash receipts signed by my employer?

Hi, I have been working with a school to develop their website for 2 years, its a full time position and i am being paid in cash. I have tax returns of the same. what documents do i need to show to prove my work exp for express entry? Thanks in advance
