Hi. Mostly of what I read they don't receive any AOR for OWP. I didn't receive AOR for my OWP too.. I linked it to my gckey account after 2 weeks I received my AOR for PR and I got another application number.

If youre linking OWP the number 2 question is not Permanent residence. Its temporary residence and you follow the rest.

Try to call them in the morning so the holding time its not that long. Ask if your application is sent back or not??. Tell them that you are worried.
