67-70 has very good chance. For the last two rounds EOI cut off scores has been 67 and 69 respectively

given the that the draw on September had cut off of 464, any score above the cut off should have already received ITA and would be removed from the pool. Question is how is it possible such high score candidates of 475 still existing as far back as late August?

You mean with lesser PNPs (assuming most provinces wraps up issuing NOIs by year end) and draw size of 3900, the score will fail to drop below 460 by dec-Jan?
