There are two columns one is sponsor application and other applicAant application. SA means that sponsor approval is passed then step will be medical or biometric

It means your spouse approval is done .

It usually takes 1 week to 10 days to get the mail about file transfer after medical is updated.. Its month of holidays so might be taking time
