same issue here!! my AOR is March 8th and I called IRCC and talked to an agent they said the application is in progress but eligibility has not been passed yet!! WHYYY?? :( and my biometric has not been updated yet either

Ok, now i am completely lost!! So, we should only give biometrics at the Service Canada Offices?? or we can actually go here??? and is it valid?? cause i remember i emailed one of these centers and they said that they do not do biometrics?!?! thx
