Is there any other way to avail the transcripts as the college clearly denied stating that they don’t carry any more records as it’s now more than 6 years old. I carry original PG Diploma.

Ealing Hammersmith and west London college in UK is unable to issue Post Graduation Diploma (2008) transcript because as per them data more than 6 years old is disposed off. Any way out of this ! Please help..
