You applied late. If the school has a policy that allows you to defer, kindly send an email to the school requesting for your admission to be deferred to winter 2020 and give reason why you should be considered. ( delay from the embassy is a good reason )

Is a request for a medical test a good sign you’d get an approval for study permit and how long does it take to get a final answer after medicals have been submitted by the panel physician.
