    Can you clarify which question 2? Question 2 in IMM 5669 (11-2018) E is filling in the Date of Birth for the Principal Applicant.

    Thanks! I had done the same but I had included the payment receipt as a proof that we had already applied but werent able to collect PCC. I sent PCC through the web form and I got an acknowledgement in just over two weeks after submission.

    Did you include a Letter of Explanation for the missing PCC when you sent the initial hard copy package? I have read that applications are being returned for missing PCC and it is making me nervous
