Today I received an email confirmation for documents that I submitted on October 5th. I have read others don't get so cant say for sure if they always confirm.
Thanks! I had done the same but I had included the payment receipt as a proof that we had already applied but werent able to collect PCC. I sent PCC through the web form and I got an acknowledgement in just over two weeks after submission.
Did you include a Letter of Explanation for the missing PCC when you sent the initial hard copy package? I have read that applications are being returned for missing PCC and it is making me nervous
