Same is the case here. I applied in Dec 2020 from Delhi. Since two months it says, eligibility review has started but no updates after that.

Hey dude. I even applied for my PGWP a long ago than yours. I applied on Dec 2020, and so far I have heard nothing from them. However my eligibility review and background check started a few days ago. So in your case, it will take more time for eligibility review to get started.
