Hi Guys, please a clarification is needed. I thought the hard copy of the forms are meant to be completed and submitted. confused with the digital/online copy being referenced to
i think it depends on the mode of submission. I did the e-filling and i initially got a "not accepted" response when i didnt add the notice of service. I resubmitted with the document and got an electronic confirmation of acceptance shown below

Applications with a "Return Status" signifies something is not done as expected by the federal court. An "acceptance" advise will be received if ok. The affidavit of service must be notarized by a lawyer or notary public. You can also call the registry officer to inquire on why it was missing...
not sure if you meant 5th of October or 5th of February. If the former, i guess you can wait. Some officers are not as fast as others and some cases are different from others.
It is one thing to withdraw a JR and another to advise Niagra/IRCC DGN...... Once a JR is withdrawn, you need to send an email or reply the email advising you to withdraw your JR application that you have done so with a confirmation of acceptance of same by the federal court. So you need to ask...
Also, its easier if you upload it electronically (e-filing) on their site https://efiling.fct-cf.gc.ca/en/online-access/e-filing-intro. They will call you if anything is not done correctly and will confirm once they are ok with the submission.
I did my pathway application from start to finish. Although its simple process, you might want to engage the service of a lawyer if you are confused. i was able to do it because i did my judicial review application submission myself so when i needed to withdraw it, i had an idea of what to do...

I think this is still within a very good timeline considering they (IRCC H&M) worked solely on Afghanistan refugee settlement and documentations in the middle of August to early September. So no need to send an email at this time. Another thing you can do is to check people's average timeline...
Hi guys, i got my eCOPR today. I pray those waiting will get a good news soon. This forum was my go to place since i submitted my application in June and the support and timeline updates kept me going everyday. Here is my timeline and some advise for those still waiting

A quick question for those that withdrew their application from Judicial Review before Copr, did you get any confirmation from federal court regarding the withdrawal. The letter requested for a proof of withdrawal
Congrats to you and more good news coming for those still waiting! It seems you had prepare the withdrawal form while waiting for the withdrawal email! that's so fast and good step to follow. it would be nice to have a template one can adopt for IRB/JR withdrawals
Yes please, getting to read chat or msg on progress of application or current status tend to give hope and relieve worries. I indirectly refresh my browser every 10mins hoping to see something.
i think its general, not just TR but also includes refugee claimants because many have had their medical ECAS updated without going for one since the policy came into effect. I also received medical letters for my family abroad without one for me. So if it wasnt general, i would have received...
