    Hi friends, Confusion regarding flag polling? Someone is Indian citizen, currently on study permit in Canada, also has US visa. The person enters US, stays there for 1-2 days. Can he apply for PGWP on his return while entering Canada from US? Is it flag polling? I request for your views...
