Right now I received a message which says "your processed decision envelope has been dispatched from the IRCC office, on 20/2/20 and is on transit to the Canada Visa application centre in CVO- New Delhi". What does this mean?. Anyone plz clarify

I submitted my passport at vfs Bangalore on 28 Jan and it reached Delhi on 29 Jan and the processing started on 30 Jan. It's still showing under process at IRCC office New Delhi. It has been more than 20 days now. Anyone in the same situation?

My ITA was on March and AOR on April 11. Estimated completion time of processing my application is shown as October 11. Did any one who got AOR on April got their PPR ?
