I am in India now. If i apply for PRTDthen there is any chance to rejected it??my total immidiate stay in Ontario 120 days and in Quebec i stayed for 5 days..so in total 125 days. And my one year will be complete on 4th December,2019.

Why i Don't meet residency obligation? I have all the documents when i am in canada and then US. Now i am in india and i don't have any of them because my wife has my documents and she don't want to give me back so i can not back to the canada and not any responsibility for her.
