They are saying its living expense of langara. So I only need to show my LOA to bank.

I am trying for a bank loan and they only consider LOA and it shows $12000. They need expense doc and Langara doesn't provide such doc. I don't know what to do. I need a doc which shows $35400 as the expense. My agency says its $12000 & don't agree with $35400.
