On the article above they say that some offices will have essential staff only, so I don't think they're closed but probably short staffed. They also mention there are going to be delays. :( It's depressing to not be with your partner with everything going on with the world.

From what people have said on this forum, you'll receive a letter from CIC and the ECAS will change from "Application Received" to "In Process". People have also said that CPC-M sometimes doesn't do AOR2 so it's also possible that you'll just have Decision Made right away and/or a PPR.
