Thanks @sjdickens for sharing your experience. I'm also looking to get my RR letter from cognizant. I resigned in April 2016 but don't have access to OneCognizant portal anymore. I guess that my way ahead would also be to email ExitHelpDeskIndia? Please let me know if there's any other helpful...
