Update on application Trv applied: 12th Jan 2023 Passport request: 27th Jan Passport delivered to IRCC: 31st Jan Counterfoil generated: 17th Feb Waiting for tracker to activate.

I read 14 calendar days here https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/account/where-submit-passport.html#C Correct me if I am interpreting it wrong.

Today is 17th calendar day since my passport was received by IRCC. Idk what they are doing with it. I am stressed because I plan to go back to my home country before end of next week.

Does anyone knows if there is a timeline to get back our passports back from IRCC with counterfoil on it?
