Hi I submitted my mothers visitor visa on the 17 Aug 2021 via Gckey and then again on the 22nd Sept 2021 via the ircc portal and both applications has her previous biometrics updated ( she had a valid visa for 1 year but couldn’t travel due to the pandemic)but I haven’t heard anything from ircc...

I also need an authorization letter for my minor children to join my husband and I in Canada who have WP. I believe normally you receive an auto response once the email has been sent to IRCC . When I sent my email I didn’t receive this response , has this changed?

Congrats - did you receive any calls from PnP? I submitted my application also under EEBC on the 16th May and still waiting.
