Just to confirm, once you've done medical and biometrics, there is no action required on our part - that'll get automatically submitted and will come through as being processed on their end, right?

Finally! AOR received! July 29th applicant. Hopefully a bunch of folks will get their AOR today :)

I think it's just a slow burn. I'm July 29th, too. I have my fingers crossed that the end of July applicants will get word this week. I am so curious about what happened, though. It really does seem like they just forgot or misplaced a pile of applications. Fingers crossed for the last of us!

To be fair, though, 3 weeks of unverified/AORed applicatoins is a quite unusual. I too understand that they are done on a case by case basis, but that case by case basis has typically reflected a (mostly) chronological order. Something is definitely messed up with this batch, for whatever...

So, I just got off the phone with the folks at IRCC, and they said that they have received our application (it was received on July 29th) and that there are no 'specific delays', but that they are reviewing and verifying documents to make sure everything is in order. Part of me wonders if...

In the August forum, I saw this: Application recieved August 07. Called CIC yesterday. The agent found our application on their system and she gave me a file number. She also said that they're just verifying the documents and once it's done they will send the AOR. I think the CIC is trying...
