My status hase hanged to Final review on 31st jan. Still I am not able to download my report.

I created profile. On 15-08-19 my college send transcripts on 29-08-19 after 3 months no update in my profile. Is there any problem

I created my profile on 15-08-19 on 29-08-19 my college send my transcripts to IQUAS. After 3 months there is no uodate in my profile. For how much time I have to wait?

My evaluation report is in progress and estimated completion date is 11th oct 2019. But today I checked in review of application section that they have mentioned date of completion of my course is 1991 whuch is actually 2010. Will there be any problem. Whether I should do regarding this or not?
