Base on your ADR.....to me it is asking for proof of Early Childhood education teacher training, which is a diploma or bachelor degree whether you have uptained it from canada or your country of citizenship

Hello It is very important that you have the license from saskatchewan as it is a requirement. NOC 4214 is a rgulated accupation and therefore need a license to teach. You can google saskatchewan ECE license submit the application which is free......processing time 4 to 6 weeks
