    Hi @Hrishi2704 Yes that is a bug in their official website. However, we don't need to worry, because I had confirmed this with IRCC executive and received an email from them that they have successfully received the uploaded optional document. Thanks.

    Hi, I had the same issue and I called them too. They told me that the result varies case to case. So they told me to wait further.

    Yes, I did upload my IELTS result under "Optional Documents" merged with other important documents and self declarations. However, in my submitted application, I cannot find that document anymore. Is this a bug in the system?

    Submitted my application on July 22, 2019 and got the AOR. I haven't submitted "Letter of Explanation (LOE)" along with my application, was it compulsory to upload it? Should I upload it now at this stage? Kindly reply.
