I had same situation. I booked my father's appointment online but could not book my mother's. They only did biometrics for my Father on the appointment day. I sent them many emials about this issue and they eventually booked an appointment for my mother on a later date.

Thats great! You finally got it after a long wait. It takes really long time for some applications for DM while some cases get DM withing a week. I think every case is different and as you said i will wait for the DM on sponsership app. Thanks for your input
