Thanks for answering. I can apply on 21st? that'd be great. But the email said " you must wait a minimum of 3 business days after your Citizenship Ceremony", doesn't it mean 19th + wait 3 days-> 23rd can start apply?

Hello everyone, I received email from CIC, that I should go to oath ceremony on Aug 19th. And can't apply for passport for 3 business days. I have to leave Canada on Aug 27 for a trip. so if i go to passport office, applying for urgent passport. I should get a passport by 24hrs ideally. I...
