I submitted these documents on the July 26 but they want recent ones, and detailed reference letter to prove that my work experiences matches noc 4214.

Yesterday I received an email to send additional document: recent bank statement, new letter of reference and new a settlement plan.

I did, but it wasn't a license. It was just a letter stating that I will receive the licence once I arrive in Nova Scotia.

ECE certificate or diploma is required, contact Ministry of education and early childhood education in Nova Scotia. They will advise you on what to do. Do it ASAP to save time. Good luck

Not yet I'm still waiting to receive nomination.

You must contact Nuova Scotia Department of Education and Early Childhood for them to evaluate your degree. It is important to send your course by course transcripts(you can have this done by WES) for them to evaluate if you qualify to be an Early childhood educator.

What ADR did they request from you?

How long did they have to wait to get the nomination after receiving the mail for completeness check?
