Yes, that's what I used and others who have gotten nomination.

If you evaluated with Wes you have a soft copy just print it out in coloured. You don't need to start requesting for a duplicate.

If you get a lower score but it doesn't affect the total score of that round of draw then you will be fine.

You need to quickly take the ielts test and try your best to get same scores or more. You can always send a mail to Alberta to explain why you need to update your scores and I'm sure if your scores is not below that draw it will be accepted. Goodluck
